How to Use

Step 3: Apply the mixture gently on the area to be bleached using a spatula, making sure to cover hair completely. Leave the mixture on for 7 minutes. Check hair after 7 minutes; if further lightening is needed, reapply mixture and leave for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 4: Wash the bleached area and pat dry.

Cool Whitening Bleach Creme contains Hydrogen Peroxide as the active lightening agent, Ammonium Hydroxide to activate the bleaching process, Cetyl Alcohol and Stearyl Alcohol to condition and soften the skin, Liquid Paraffin to help retain moisture, Emulsifying Wax to ensure a smooth texture, and Purified Water for safe and stable formulation.
